I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The room was great, comfortable, and clean. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to transportation. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.
Hard to think of anything negative. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

Beds were incredibly comfortable, in-room breakfast instead of going down to the breakfast buffet, Hermes shower products, staff was extremely friendly and professional.
Construction at the front entrance. Had you go from the back. Parking is difficult. You have to valet if you have a car.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and bright. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the turn-down service was a lovely touch. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a variety of restaurants to choose from. We especially enjoyed dining at the Lebanese restaurant, which had a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly attentive and courteous, from the restaurant to the concierge and reception. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was in the center of Kuwait and conveniently close to the Almubarakiah area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff was attentive and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel had a variety of restaurants onsite, and I particularly enjoyed the Iranian restaurant. The location was convenient, as it was close to the Almubarakiah area and in the center of the city. Transportation was easy to access, making it convenient for me to attend a concert at the opera house.
